National telecommunications engineering solutions provider, MOUNTAIN, LTD., based in New Gloucester, Maine, is pleased to announce that in response to the growing demand for their services in all regions of the country, they have expanded their operations with a new office in the San Francisco Bay, California area, and they have hired native Californian, Rich Valladao, based in Dublin, CA. as their West Coast Business Development Manager.

As a business savvy problem solver with solid ties to the telecommunications industry, Mr. Valladao’s primary responsibility as Business Development Manager is to identify, encourage and nourish new business relationships for MOUNTAIN, LTD. in order to help expand the firm’s West Cost presence and support their clients in achieving their project goals.

Prior to joining MOUNTAIN, LTD., and over the course of 14 years, Rich Valladao has held increasing responsibilities in the staffing, engineering and telecommunications industry. Additionally, Valladao worked for a Silicon Valley start-up company and also worked in the financial services industry.

Mr. Valladao earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Chico, and is a member of the California State University Alumni Association.
